Big Horn 11100 14" x 14" Hood. This 14-Inch by 14-Inch dust hood from Big Horn can easily be adapted to mount directly under the blade on most contractor-type table saws with open stands. 4-Inch outlet. Use with a hose clamp (not included) for best connection.
4 Inch x 50 Feet Clear Flex Hose. This dust hose is made in the USA from clear plastic with a heavy duty white helix wire frame. Interior of hose is smooth for better flow of debris. This hose has anti-static properties resulting from a blend of polyethylene compounds and carbon fillers making a static conductive compound which is extruded into the hose, helping to eliminate static build up.
The Big Horn 11450 reducer's small diameter of 2 inch duplicates the 2 inch opening on your vacuum. Insert the vacuum brand hose to the vacuum and the other end to one of these fittings to power the dust collection system. The larger diameter of the reducer matches our standard dust collection hose to function as regular reducers. These fittings provide a step down from a larger main line to smaller branch lines. This step-down increases air velocity near the machine where it's needed most. This reducer connects to a standard 4 inch dust collection hose and should be secured with a hose clamp.
Use Big Horn's 2-1/2-Inch plastic blast gate to control air flow. Open the easy sliding gate to allow air flow only to the machine you are working with. Fits a standard 2-1/2-Inch hose. Use hose clamps (not included) for best connection.
Big Horn's 6-Inch by 4-Inch by 4-Inch Y-connector is used to branch off your dust collection line like a regular Y-connector, while reducing your branch offs down to 4-Inch. For best connection use hose clamps (not included).
Blast gates are used to open and close branch ducts to divert airflow only to those machines in operation. This conserves air volume and keeps suction strongest where dust is being produced, thus maximizing dust extraction. Outer case made from cast aluminum with sliding steel gate and locking knob. Typical gate allow debris to accumulate in the groove preventing the gate from closing fully, causing leaking and reducing suction. The slot on these units extends through the back of the base to allow debris to be pushed out of the groove and prevent buildup.
Use Big Horn's 4-Inch elbow to connect 2 4-Inch hoses at a 90 degree angle. Use with hose clamps (not included) for best connection.
