This kit includes a Hardin variable speed wet polisher & 3/8" bevel vacuum brazed diamond profile wheel. The polishing pad set includes a backer & 1 each; 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit. This vacuum brazed profile wheel is designed to produce a 3/8" bevel on natural or engineered stone and concrete. Very simple to use, the wheel screws directly on this tool. Our profile wheels feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A nylon guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a lower bearing controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Turn on the water and the grinder, apply some force parallel with the working surface, you're on your way to that custom edge. After you shape the edge, screw the included Hook & Loop backing pad onto the grinder and start polishing with the 100 grit pad (50 grit included, however it is very aggressive and should be used with caution). Continue polishing with each grit included with this kit and that factory shine can be achieved.

The 110 volt SECCO 4" variable speed wet polisher is a low rpm (1000-4000) water feed angle grinder. The use of this tool is required when polishing with diamond tools which require the use of water and low RPM's. SECCO has been providing quality tools to concrete and granite fabrication professionals for years. This unit is equipped with an 800 watt 8 amp motor and features a variable speed dial located at the rear of the grinder. The RPM range of this unit is 1000-4000 rpm. The polisher has a quick connect brass coupling and is supplied with all necessary hoses and connectors to hook up a standard garden hose. Dust collection shroud with flush grinding door allows dust collection for flush edge grinding. It features a spring-loaded suspension system that keeps the shroud flush to the surface during movement and compensates for blade wear. The shroud has a removable edge piece for surface work flush to edges or other objects. It also has soft brushes that help contain the dust and allow for smooth movement over the work surface.
