The 110 volt Hardin1/2 inch radius shaping and polishing profile package is the ideal combination of tools used to produce a 1/2 inch radius decorative edge on tile, granite and concrete counter tops and other natural stone and hard surfaces 1/2 inch in thickness or greater. This kit includes a Hardin 4 inch variable speed wet polisher, 1/2 inch radius vacuum brazed diamond profile wheel and a complete set of 4 inch premium diamond polishing pads. The polishing pad set includes 1 each 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 grit polishing pads. This set also includes the rubber backer pad needed to attach the diamond pads to the polisher. The included 1/2 inch radius vacuum brazed profile wheel is designed to produce a 1/2 inch radius on natural or engineered stone and concrete. Very simple to use, the wheel screws directly on this tool. A guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a lower bearing controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. The profile wheel is only capable of removing material in the controlled working area, this makes user error or damaging the material virtually impossible.

Utilizing the industry standard M10 arbor system, the Hardin router is compatible with hundreds of shapes & sizes of professional diamond bits commonly used in granite shops. Made to professional standards, the Hardin router is equipped with features previously only available on routers costing thousands of dollars. The Hardin router has been manufactured with hydro-float technology, this allows the tool to glide over the surface of the material on a thin sheet of water. When in use, the hydro-float system creates a friction free environment allowing the operator to effortlessly work the material without fatigue.The hydro-float system also constantly pushes water from the center of the base outward, away from the machine. This constant water flow flushes spent diamonds and ground material away from the tools base, eliminating the chance of debris getting caught and grinding between the tool and the surface causing damage.

The 110 volt SECCO 4" variable speed wet polisher is a low rpm (1000-4000) water feed angle grinder. The use of this tool is required when polishing with diamond tools which require the use of water and low RPM's. SECCO has been providing quality tools to concrete and granite fabrication professionals for years. This unit is equipped with an 800 watt 8 amp motor and features a variable speed dial located at the rear of the grinder. The RPM range of this unit is 1000-4000 rpm. The polisher has a quick connect brass coupling and is supplied with all necessary hoses and connectors to hook up a standard garden hose. The arbor is 5/8-11 UNC thread and is compatible with all 5/8 threaded and non threaded tools. At high speed, this is the ideal tool for fast stock removal using diamond grinding wheels, zero tolerance wheels, diamond edge profile wheels, finger bits and diamond hole saws.
